May 14th's two holidays

Wednesday, May 14th has two unique holidays all it's own. Today is:

Dance Like a Chicken Day

National Receptionist Day (the second Wednesday in May)

I'm not really sure how you "dance like a chicken," unless you do the chicken dance... but it sounds like something my son would think was hilarious. (He gets a big kick out of when I exercise - he thinks I'm flailing my arms and legs around just to be funny for him. I probably do look a lot hilarious!)

Here's a video of Vince Neil from Motley Crue doing the Chicken Dance, so it must be "cool" - right? What a great sport! They've got him doing this for almost three minutes - that's a LONG time to do the chicken dance. (Bet he was thinking it would never end!)

National Receptionist Day kinds of goes along with the National Administrative Professionals Day, which was in April (the 23rd), but I guess a Receptionist is a little different than and Administrative Professional, so I guess they warrant their own days. (Funny how people can be very touchy about their titles, so make sure you get it right or you might get snapped at!
