Is this really the last week of August?

I can't believe September is almost here. Where is the year going?

This week we seem to have a few holidays focused on making peace - today is Kiss and Make Up Day and Wednesday is Global Forgiveness Day. How ironic since my family is unfortunately going through a misunderstanding that's resulted in hurt feelings... Maybe I should clue them in to these two obscure holidays?

Have a great week and enjoy the last little bit of "summer!" (Even though it's not officially over, since schools are starting back all over the place - some started where I live today! - it sure seems like the end of summer...)
