Hope you're ready for more winter!

Today was Groundhog Day, and the famous Punxsutawney Phil was out and about bright and early to predict if we would be seeing more winter or an early spring. Unfortunately for those of us eager for warmer weather, good old Phil's shadow made it's appearance and Phil made his prediction: it's 6 more weeks of winter for us!

So stock up on some more hot chocolate (and don't forget the marshmallows) and don't start putting up your fuzzy socks yet. We may have had some warm days to break up the monotony of the biting cold, but it looks like we should expect at least a little more cold before spring shows itself. Almost as if to prove it, the light rain outside our door has decided to change into slushy snow...

This seems like the perfect opportunity for me to try some of the new Hershey's Goodnight Kisses hot chocolate mix I recently picked up... now all I have to do is wait until the kids go to bed... and maybe I'll actually get some reading done! Hmmm, what goes good with hot chocolate?
