Happy Spring!

Today is officially the first day of Spring!

As the Spring (or Vernal) Equinox, today we can celebrate as the end of winter and the beginning of warmer, brighter weather. Okay, so there's no guarantee that it will be all sunshine and roses, but at least we can know that the worst of the cold, dreary weather is behind us for about 7-8 months! (Or, you could look at it as we've got about 3 months of nice weather before the sweltering heat of summer kicks in!)

With daylight savings time, we can really enjoy the longer days and beautiful weather. I think spring (minus allergies) and fall are my two favorite times of year - the weather is warm but not too hot, the breezes are comfortable, you can usually get away with a t-shirt and light sweater... and you can finally start getting back outside again (and after being cooped up with a toddler all winter I'm ready to get out!)

Anyway, I hope your weekend is beautiful and that you can have some time to enjoy the beginning of spring!
