Happy last week of June!

I cannot believe that the year is flying by so fast. This week is the last week of June - can you believe it? What happened to June?!? It's kind of funny, sometimes I fee like the days just drag by, but when I look at the calendar, I realize how fast the year is actually going.

This week we have some odd and some fun holidays to celebrate. Check out the list and get read to choose what you want to celebrate this week!

Sun Glasses Day

Well, I guess I'll be the only one wearing pink on the Wear Pink Day holiday, unless I want to put a pink bow or bandanna on our dog. Something tells me that my husband wouldn't think to kindly of me putting our son in pink - regardless of what those catchy "real men wear pink" shirts say! And since I work from home, the Take Your Dog to Work day isn't anything new for me!

However, the Swim a Lap Day is something I'm looking forward to celebrating, although I will be a little late... we just bought one of those above ground pools and are working to get it installed. I'm so excited!

I think I'll have to skip celebrating any of the holidays on Wednesday or Thursday, and I can finally celebrate Sunglasses Day because I have been given the go-ahead by my eye doctor that (believe it or not!) my eyesight has actually improved and I don't have to wear my glasses any more! Meaning, I can finally wear sunglasses (where before I couldn't because I needed prescription lenses and I wasn't about to pay for prescription sunglasses on top of regular glasses!)
