Happy Birthday to all the "Leaplings!"

Even though I'd never put much thought into Leap Year, or leap day, apparently there's a lot going on to celebrate the special day. The LeapZine has an entire page devoted to special happenings on this very rare day throughout the world. Some of the best highlights are:

Morton's Steakhouse is offering a free steak and seafood dinner to people who were born on Leap Day. Nice birthday gift!

In Chicago, The Globe Pub is offering leap day babies (with valid ID) drinks on the house.

There's going to be a huge birthday bash in Anthony, Texas - complete with breakfast, lots of press, a parade, dinner and more!

Check it out for more parties near you, and enjoy the day that only comes every four years while it's still here!
