Are you planning to host a Christmas party this season? If so, according to the people over at forks.ca, a cheese tray is a must! I've always enjoyed cheese trays, or cheese dips, or cheese fondue, but I have to admit that I'm usually more of a "safe" cheese eater. By that, I mean that I don't tend to eat - or serve - out of my comfort zone! I usually stick to colby jack, swiss, provolone, you know, the "tame" cheeses. (I never thought of calling them "tame" until I read it in the forks.ca cheese post!)
Anyway, I just wanted to give you a heads up to check out their post on the best ways to serve a cheese tray when you're entertaining. It's a neat look at the how-to's and suggestions for making your party snacks a success. Check it out and let your cheese tray shine!
