Celebrating tall tales: Paul Bunyan!

What a neat holiday! This really takes me back to my childhood... June 27th is Paul Bunyan day! I grew up watching the old Disney cartoons about some of America's favorite tall tales; Paul Bunyan being one of my favorites. Originally created in Canada, America quickly adopted him as one of our own and stories of Paul have passed down through the years. Oh, and we can't forget Babe, his blue ox!

I'm not sure if they still teach kids about old American folklore, but this really is one character that kids shouldn't miss out on... Enjoy the clip I found on YouTube, just make sure you've got a few minutes, and if you want more, there are plenty of more clips out there! (Oh, and who better to introduce the clip than James Earl Jones!)
